Location a bit further from the main attractions, especially since the shuttle service is one-way. The advertised free parking is helpful, but the area feels somewhat isolated and limited in dining options nearby, requiring a longer walk to find food.

Excellent customer service, including very good breakfasts with cheeses and fresh fruit and bacon.

San Pietro proved to be an excellent choice for my business trip. The room was immaculate with comfortable bedding, and I particularly appreciated the good shower facilities. Each morning, the breakfast spread featured fresh pastries alongside hot dishes offering enough variety to start my day right. The hotel provided a shuttle service to the city center was nice.
The hotel is in a commercial area with limited dining options.

Helpful staff. Comfortable and quiet room.
Hard bed. No restaurant but there is one nearby (3mns walk) which was nice. 20Mns walk to town centre, taxi between 9 and 11.50 euros.

The beautiful city of Verona. Breakfast very good.
Hotel is good. For visiting the city would be better more in downtown. They have another one downtown. For the next time. But San Pietro is good.

I recently spent 3 nights at this hotel and found the room very cozy with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was a nice spread each morning. However, I did notice that there were only standard options available for meals. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to the area.

We had a large room, with our own room (my Mum had her own room as well), we had a spa bath (which was a hit with my husband and our daughter) and a pretty decent breakfast. The staff were helpful as well with directions etc.
Nothing, it was fine. Not too far from the city.

Comfortable room with good standard bathroom/shower facilities. Staff very good and efficient. Good buffet breakfast but could have better tea/coffee arrangements. Very useful to have shuttle bus to city centre as hotel is a long 15 minute walk to centre.

Large room, secure parking, family-friendly rooms
The hotel is in a less desirable area with uninspiring views!!! The shuttle service is limited, forcing you to rely on inconvenient public transport and a lack of dining options nearby leaves you hungry after a long day!!!

Perfect place, it was fairly clean and had amicable staff at the reception desk. The setting was great, very close to Piazza Bra at the entrance to the Old Town, and the beautiful historic center. I randomly popped in Pasticceria Donati serving some pastries, located not too far from the hotel, it was nice.

The shuttle service into the city was super quick, and even had late returns after the opera. Consider using electric scooters to get back easily if it's late.

I was disappointed by my stay. The shuttle service was only one way, how ridiculous! And to top it off, the room was tiny and overpriced. I expected at least a complimentary coffee for my troubles but received nothing. Almost thought about praising them, but just couldn't, what a shame!

Excellent and modern room with friendly staff at the hotel who were very helpful during our stay.
Hotel is about a 25 minute walk from Verona centre along a route that I would not recommend taking during the night. Breakfast is a buffet served over 3 hours and the food is left to sit out during this time (much of the buffet had gone stale).
